Share key coffee information with your buyers

Coffee traders understand how important first impressions are when it comes to building long lasting relationships with buyers. One of the key moments in building the relationship is when the buyer requests the first samples.

You want to give buyers as much information about each coffee as possible to help them make a quick and informed buying decision. That can be a lot of information. If you send out lots of samples creating multiple labels or in some cases handwriting all that information can take considerable time. To help you save valuable time and make your workflows more efficient, we’ve upgraded the entire process to make your life and your customers impressions better.

More information, faster decisions and less work. How?

Simply put, this latest update makes generating beautiful and informative sample labels easy. Now you can share key coffee information with your buyers quickly and reliably. It saves valuable time as it includes a next generation label tool that is easy-to-use and features your brand prominently. An automatically generated QR-code with all the data about the specific coffee sample you are sending makes everyones workflow easier (with or without Cropster). Your buyers can scan these QR-codes and get all the relevant coffee data in an instant. Plus, they can add all of the data to their Cropster account in a few clicks. If your buyers are not Cropster users, they can still scan your samples and download all the information ready to go into whatever system they use. That means your samples look great and save your buyers time. Talk about a good first impression!

The benefits for you as a coffee seller are huge. What are they?

  • You can quickly provide your buyers with important data that helps them make a buying decision.
  • The coffee information you create is reusable and doesn’t get lost in all your communication with different buyers.
  • You only need to create and keep your sample data up-to-date in one place, in your Cropster account.
  • You save time generating your labels.
  • You can customize the information you’d like to share with your buyers.
  • Your brand is at the top of every sample giving you increased visibility with every customer.

Quick, easy to work with & professional - three words that describe the new labelling features and three words your customers will think of the first time they scan a label!

There’s a lot more.

You decide exactly what information you want to share about specific coffee samples with specific customers. You know what interests your customers have and can tailor sample information to highlight the buyers' preferences. Customizing your labels takes a few simple clicks. Plus, you can pre-define the format you want to use, select information based on your available label size, add your logo, change the sizes of logo and QR-code and much more. Your customization is saved locally on your device, so next time you generate a label you don’t have to go through the same steps over and over. Another highlight, you can now also include the container number of a coffee to make identifying or grouping samples easier for you and your buyers. In other words, by adding the container number, Cropster will automatically group samples with the same ICO number and the same container number together.

There's one final thing.

If you're selling your coffees on Hub, you can easily generate these new samples labels including the QR-code directly from your Hub dashboard. Simply hit the "Print" button and select "Sample labels" to get to this new feature. How does this help? If you sell on Hub we've made it quicker and easier for you to generate beautiful sample labels with every order, right where you collect them making your workflow easier.

This new feature not only helps you save valuable time but also makes it easier to share key information about your coffees with your potential buyers. Here at Cropster, we enjoy working closely with coffee professionals around the globe. Please let us know if you have any thoughts about this new feature or any ideas that we should look into for future updates. Chances are, if you’re thinking of something that could improve your business, other people will also be interested. So please, take that one moment to share your feedback with us! Maybe the next big feature begins with you. ;-)
