Why we developed Cropster Hub

Offering and selling green coffee to the right customers can be hard. For buyers, in turn, it is often difficult to find specific coffees. With Cropster Hub we want to close this gap, for good.

At Cropster, we love coffee data almost as much as we love coffee. We see that there are so many aspects that impact the quality. We want to know about region where it was grown, the varietal,  the processing technique. We love to know the stories behind these coffees. Where is the producer located? Is the producer especially mindful of environmental impact and sustainable agriculture?

We know that for those further downstream it is difficult to collect accurate coffee information. It is often unorganized and difficult to access. Green coffee buyers must ‘hunt’ for sellers to purchase their coffee. Once buyers connect to sellers, they still have to piece together quality, quantity, and traceability information.

We are developing Cropster Hub to help coffee sellers better manage their information and to connect to previously inaccessible markets. It is a business-to-business platform that provides green coffee sellers a framework for marketing and selling coffees. In the platform, coffee sellers have ownership of their own data and marketing information. There is no middlemen in creating marketing content. Coffee sellers use the framework to create and promote their own individualized offering list in a centralized market. Our goal provide to coffee sellers quick access to hundreds of specialty coffee roasters worldwide.

In Cropster Hub coffee sellers create their own store, assess the coffees internally, and then post the coffees to their own public offering list. It employs visual tools to showcase coffee with comprehensive, real-time information on harvest, quality, and production methods. Cropster Hub platform places powerful yet accessible data management, data analysis, and e-commerce tools in their hands.
