Check out this webinar we did with Dr. Verônica Belchior. Verônica is a Biologist, Master in Ecology (UFJF) and holds a PhD in Food Science (UFMG and University of Porto). She is also a Q-grader and develops research and scientific analysis articles recognized in Brazil and worldwide. During the webinar, she discussed how important the roasting process is in determining the chemical components that are formed during the process and understanding the results in the cup. She defends the use of Cropster to collect and analyze the results from a scientific point of view and also presented an article developed based on data from Roast intelligence.
