Webinar con Tetecoloh Cafe

On February 25th we had a great webinar with Tetecoloh Cafe in Spanish.

Together with Tetecoloh we travelled through the workflows of their roastery in Monterrey Mexico. Roberto Naal Guerra guided us and our host James Faria through the trajectory of coffees in the roastery and the tools they use in their work.

For more details about the varieties of coffee they use, the profiles, roasting styles, quality control and production management watch the webinar recording here or have a look at the detailed write up (in Spanish).
