Pause of IKAWA integration
As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve our product offerings, we have informed Ikawa that their App based Cropster integration will cease on October 15, 2024. If you are using the integration, it will stop working on that date.
Our dedication to providing the best possible tools for coffee professionals remains steadfast. Our commitment to enhancing your roasting experience and supporting your business growth continues to be our top priority. This decision was made with those priorities as goals.
We are working on a new platform for integrating IKAWA and other roast machines with their own roast profiling software. Why are you pausing the IKAWA integration?
We’re pausing the IKAWA integration as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve our product offerings. While we understand this may cause some inconvenience, this decision allows us and Ikawa to focus on developing new features and enhancements that will ultimately provide a better experience for all our shared customers
What will happen to my IKAWA integration after October 15, 2024?
After October 15, 2024, the IKAWA integration will no longer be operational within the Cropster platform.
Will I still have access to my IKAWA data?
Yes. All of your roasts and samples will still be available on the Cropster platform.
Can I still use Cropster with other roasters?
Absolutely! You can continue to use Cropster with other supported roasters and benefit from our range of tools designed to enhance your roasting process. For specific recommendations, please contact our customer success team.

Will there be a replacement or new version of the IKAWA integration in the future?
We will keep you posted. We’re committed to integrations with all commercial roast machines & partners. We are continuously exploring new opportunities and partnerships to expand our integration offerings. When our new connectivity platform is released it will give partners like Ikawa greater control over these integrations and timelines.
