Fernando has used the Cropster for many years and the main subject of his class was how to keep the quality of his coffees roasting consistently. In addition to having addressed a lot about what influences the consistency of coffee, Fernando gave several tips for better inventory control and how to take advantage of the data to generate reports and make better future purchasing decisions.
