Let’s set up your first session!
Step-by-Step Guide Summary
- Create the Session: Go to Quality > Cupping Sessions and hit Add session.
- Configure: Choose your session type (Blind is great for unbiased results!) and pick your preferred cupping sheet.
- Sheets available: SCAA 2025 (Cup Ready), CoE (En), Quick Cup Basic, Production Cupping 3CAT, SCA CVA 2024, World Brewers Cup.
- Filter & Add Samples: Use the filter to find the exact roast lots you want to evaluate.
- Enter Results: Use your desktop or open cup.cropster.com on your phone. Simply log in and select your session.
- Review the Data: Once saved, head to the session overview to see how your team’s scores align and which coffees came out on top.

- Using a tablet or smartphone at the table allows for a much cleaner workspace (no soggy paper!) and real-time data syncing. Just scan the QR code generated during setup to get your whole team started instantly.
