For New Business: The Maintenance Routine That Keeps Your Roastery Running

A roaster breakdown does not just cost the repair. It costs every batch you cannot roast while you wait for parts, and every order that ships late because of it.

Most breakdowns are preventable. This checklist gives you the full preventative routine for your roastery, organised by frequency so nothing slips: what to do every shift, every few days, every 4 weeks and once a year. Print it, put it on the wall and make it part of how your roastery runs.

Inside the checklist:

• Daily tasks that stop chaff and residue building into problems
• The 3-5 day routine for burners, motors and moving parts
• Monthly deep-clean procedures for ducts, fans and cooling trays
• Annual inspections covering bearings, thermocouples, safety systems and SOPs
